Argentina shows design of the new 20-peso note

The Sociedad de Estado Casa de Moneda de la Nacion has announced the design of the new Argentinian 20-peso note. The banknotes in Argentina are currently being redesigned and we already have seen the new 5- and 10-peso notes. Below are two pictures of the front and back of the new note. The front is from MRI Bankers' guide and the back is a still from the video at the bottom.

I'm pretty excited about the back of the new 20-peso note because even in this low quality image taken from the video it still looks amazing!

New 5 pesos note started to run on streets in february 2016 (but have been in sale at ebay for months.. ¿?).
But planned 10 and 20 Pesos notes (from the series “Tenemos Patria”/“We have homeland”) looks like never will do. Are they ready/made or just some specimen/graphical design?
New gov. announced 5 and 10 Pesos coins for 2017, and totally new notes (20 to 1000 Pesos). This gov. decision is due political factors, so this very beautiful notes (both with heavy engraving at back side, like the 50 Pesos note) perhaps never will see the Sun.

You can see in this link the former gov. planned 200 and 500 pesos notes that will never exist.
