Djibouti issues commemorative note of 40-francs

The Banque Centrale de Djibouti has introduced a new 40-francs note to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Djibouti’s independence from France. Djibouti bevame independent of France on 27 June 1977.

I think this new note has a beautiful design so I nominated it for Banknote of the Year 2017 at the IBNS website.
